Warning offenders: the right thing to do

Ezekiel 33:7-11

But if you warn the wicked to turn from their ways . . . you will have saved your life.  (v. 9)

In Jesus' name, we ask you, O God, for courage to speak up when others do wrong.  Amen.

Defending ourselves

2 Corinthians 12:11-21

I have been a fool . . . you should have been the ones commending me.  (v. 11)

God, fill us with your Spirit and give us strength to defend ourselves when we are criticized for doing good things, through Christ.  Amen.
