An anointed child of God


Isaiah 61:1-4, 8-11

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me.  (v.1)

Blessed God, guide me and fill me with the Spirit's power as I seek to answer your call to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, in whose name I pray.  Amen.

Prayer concern:  Those who don't know the joy of living in God's covenant.

My prayer:  GET BETTER!!
