Twentieth Sunday after Pentecost

Mark 10:2-16

And (Jesus) took them up in his arms, laid his hands on them, and blessed them.  (v. 16)

Loving God, thank you for children, who teach us the joy of hearing your promised blessing, through Christ.  Amen.

Prayer concern:  Children who are neglected or abused

Thanks to the children of our church too ...   especially the two birthdays, you know who you are.
