Charlene Rachuy Cox is an ELCA pastor who serves as director of contextual education in Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. She lives in Westbrook, Minnesota.
Her passions include story-listening, storytelling, container gardening, and poetry. She has two grown children, Torie and Anna.
